The app says “Invalid Password” even though my information is correct.

This issue is most often caused by Google sign-in on Aeries. If you use Google to sign in to the online Aeries portal, you won’t be able to use the same login for the Grades app. You must use your school’s Aeries portal to create a login, and use that to log into the app. If you do not use Google sign-in and are still getting this error, please contact us.

It says I don’t have any student gradebook data in my account, even though I do.

This message means there isn’t any current data in your Aeries grade book. If you log into your Aeries account and are able to see your information and grades, then please contact us for support. However, if when you log in to your Aeries account, it asks you to add a student, you must do this before you are able to log into Grades.
